1. Delivery coverage

Vape Avenue BD currently ships orders across Bangladesh using trusted courier partners. Delivery times and charges vary by location.

Inside Dhaka City

Dhaka metro areas

  • Home delivery to most areas within Dhaka city limits.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery time can be longer during weekends, holidays or extreme weather.
Outside Dhaka / Sub-urban

Other districts & nearby areas

  • We deliver to most major cities and towns across Bangladesh.
  • Standard delivery is usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take extra time depending on courier routes.

3. Order processing & dispatch time

We try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while still checking accuracy and packaging carefully.

How your parcel gets prepared

Step 1 — Order confirmation

Once you place an order, you will see it in your order history or receive a message from our team. For some COD orders we may call or message to confirm details.

Step 2 — Stock & quality check

We verify that all items are available, check batch condition and match flavours, strengths and quantities against your order.

Step 3 — Secure packaging

Products are packed in protective packaging. Fragile boxes are reinforced so they can handle courier handling as safely as possible.

Step 4 — Handover to courier

Most orders placed and confirmed on working days are handed over to courier within 24 hours. Orders placed late at night, on weekends or on public holidays may be processed the next working day.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) guidelines

COD is convenient, but it works smoothly only when both customer and courier are ready. Please review these guidelines before placing a COD order.

Before delivery

What you should do

  • Provide a correct address, nearby landmark and an active phone number.
  • Keep your phone reachable so courier staff can contact you on the day of delivery.
  • Have the approximate cash amount ready when expecting the parcel.
  • If you need to change address or time, contact customer care as early as possible so we can coordinate with the courier.
At the doorstep

Receiving a COD parcel

  • Check the name, phone and parcel label to confirm it is your order.
  • Inspect the outer packaging for visible serious damage. If something looks badly torn or soaked, you may note it with the courier and contact us immediately.
  • For security and courier rules, full payment is usually taken before opening the inner boxes.
  • Repeatedly refusing confirmed COD orders may result in limited access to COD for future orders.
5. Tracking & order status

Once your order is with the courier, there may be a short delay before it appears in their internal tracking system.

  • The courier may call or SMS you on the day of delivery.
  • In some cases they may send an additional tracking link or reference number.
  • If you miss a call, please call back quickly to avoid delays or automatic return of the parcel.

  • Full name and mobile number used in the order.
  • Order number or invoice screenshot (if available).
  • Approximate order date and delivery address.

We will follow up with the courier and update you with the latest information.

6. Failed delivery & address issues

Occasionally a parcel may not be delivered on the first attempt. Here is how such cases are usually handled.

When courier cannot reach you

Unanswered calls or incorrect address

  • If your phone is switched off or unreachable, the courier may try again later or the next working day.
  • If the address is incomplete or hard to find, they may call for directions. Please respond quickly to avoid return of the parcel.
  • If the parcel returns to us due to repeated failed attempts, re-shipping may require an additional delivery charge.
Refused delivery

When a COD parcel is refused

  • If you no longer want the order, please contact us before the courier goes out for delivery so we can attempt to cancel it.
  • Repeated refusal of COD parcels after dispatch may limit access to COD for future orders or require advance payment.
7. Checking your order when it arrives

Please open your package carefully as soon as you receive it and check the contents against your invoice.

What to check

On the day you receive the parcel

  • Confirm that you received the correct flavours, strengths and quantities.
  • Look for any obviously broken device bodies or leaking pods.
  • Keep all original boxes, outer packaging and courier labels until you are sure everything is correct and working.
If there is a problem

Reporting an issue

  • If you notice wrong items, serious damage or a device that does not work out of the box, contact us within 48 hours.
  • Share clear photos or short videos and your order number for faster support.
  • Such cases will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
8. International shipping

At the moment, Vape Avenue BD does not offer international shipping. Orders are fulfilled only within Bangladesh due to courier restrictions and local regulations.
